    Sebastián Rodríguez

    OHI Senior Coach

    Sebastian is a Senior Coach for McKinsey’s Organizational Health Index (OHI) Solution based in the San Jose, Costa Rica office. As a Senior Coach at McKinsey, Sebastian works with leaders at all levels to embed organizational health metrics, create a common language around organizational development, and action plan to improve management practices. By helping leaders quantify their organizations’ behaviors, it allows them to devote meaningful time, attention, and resources to their people.

    Sebastian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University Latina of Costa Rica. He is a native Spanish speaker. Before starting at McKinsey, he worked at Western Union in the anti-money laundering compliance department as a Sr. Specialist in Reporting & Analysis focused on ad-hoc reporting, business intelligence and operational analytics. He began his career as a Compliance Officer conducting audits to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws. At Western Union he was selected to be a member of a transformation initiative. He was selected along with ten other colleagues to drive the transformation as a change agent; facilitating focus groups, town halls and participating in strategic meetings with senior executives.
